Without dipping into her family resources or family business she began her enterprise Wizz O Tech that dealt with web-enabled content. She understood every aspect of the working of her company, she was hands-on and knowledgeable. The web is a magic wand and it can be used to the best advantage in life. Ruzaan realized its potential of – “virtual power over the globe.” A regular panelist and speaker on CRM, and management issues. Her views are heard and implemented by many companies at various levels.
Giving back to society in small or large ways is irrelevant. When the giver does it from the heart. Ruzan’s involvement in the 2000 earthquake in Ahmedabad or the 2004 Tsunami that hit southern India is commendable. She supported both monetarily and in-kind and support, besides she is involved in the training of IT students on relevant nuances of the industry. Having entrepreneurial qualities, ability to learn, wanting to improve and multitask are the positives that Ruzan possesses. Building from scratch and never to give up on a project with a team she is proud of is her core strength. Thinking of ways and means of sustaining within a budget is her forte. Meeting targets in time or at times before time ensures you get the positive push to up the productive and efficiency quotient. Having your style, innovate and technovate is the best way to have an upper hand over competitions. Ruzan’s business initiatives include being Director for N Wave Tech Pvt Ltd and E Comm Opportunities Pvt Ltd and she is a proprietor for Wizz O Tech. Making it a point to be a hands-on individual in all her ventures, is what adds the special touch – not just of being a woman but a member who cannot be taken for a ride.
