Mrs. Vaishnav is associated with the NGO Seva Sarvopari and their Zero Hunger Movement. Her affiliation with this organization helps feed many families on a daily basis. Their Facebook community, Multitasking Mommies, is an online and offline social project, part of Facebook Community Leadership Circles Ahmedabad, which helps organize these donations so that they have a varied reach in the community.

She is a strong supporter of the women empowerment movement and in involved in many charities that are working for stronger independence for empowerment and fighting for equal rights in rural and urban areas.

Mrs. Vaishali Vaishnav is a passionate speaker and organizes training for educating women to help stabilize their professional lives. She trains women in business management, technology, business expansion, and growth.

She helps fresh entrepreneurs start their businesses by helping them follow a business module and helps them follow their path and manage their growth so that these entrepreneurs and job seekers are independent and not bound by resources for support.

The “No Hunger Movement”, provides food for over 200 families in Adipur, Bhuj, Gujarat on a daily basis. Her commitment towards social work has been alive for over a decade, leading to her founding her own community page,” Multitasking mommies ”.a a couple of years ago.

Mrs. Vaishali Vaishnav was born on August 15, 1979, in Bhuj, Gujarat. After completing her schooling in Bhuj, she moved to Rajkot to pursue her Degree in Fashion Designing from the prestigious AVPT institute in 2009. She is also a B.A Graduate in English Literature from Gujarat University.

Mrs. Vaishnav’s father was a Lawyer as well as the past District Governor of Rotary International, her grandfather was in the rotary club as well. This inspired her to join the rotary club and soon became past district Rotaract representative. The Rotaract club played a big role in her life and inspired her to continue helping as many people as she could. It was her own hard work and passion for helping people that has made her such a renowned personality in the social causes sector of society.

Mrs. Vaishnav’s interest led to her participation in social work and encouraged her to become independent and start an organization that would help other women, especially working mothers in carving a niche of their own in the society. Her family though hesitant at first, on how she would be able to manage family life, work and social work, started to support her after seeing her passion and drive for doing something better for society, while multitasking her own work and family life.

Multitasking initially was a struggle for her in Mumbai, but she didn’t deter from her responsibilities The switching cities, giving up her job lead the Vaishnav’s to a little financial setback, postponing her start-up idea of an online business, due to lack of funds. But Vaishali is not one to Quit, she, with the help and motivation from her husband, started digital marketing for her own business and soon was back on her feet. Her flourishing online business provided her the investment she needs for starting her own NGO. Her People skills and wide connections with the society ensure that “Zero Hunger Movement” constantly receiving donations to ensure people are always being helped. Mrs. Vaishnav does not take a single day off. The couple is working almost every Sunday with their NGO and together creating a wonderful example for their young child. They dedicate their free time to helping others rather than resting at home, they work as a family so that they spend that time together and also do some good for society.

Through her Organization, she organizes talks, seminars, and workshops for women to teach them how to gain independence no matter how stressful the lives get. She provides different teaching methods on handling the multitasks expected or unexpected from the women in the family. She has helped thousands of women by teaching them how to multitask and how to prioritize their responsibilities while not neglecting their own selves.

Her work through her organization has helped over a thousand women become entrepreneurs and start their own financial security. Her husband is her main supporter for the No Hunger Movement and together they ensure that no family sleeps hungry, by providing food to over 200 families. Mrs. Vaishali  Vaishnav is an inspiration to people who want to help but are bound by responsibilities; she shows you you can do everything just by being able to multitask.
