Dr Aadil Chimthanawala, the 4th generation doctor from the reputed family of Chimthanawala, who has been into the field of homeopathy from 105 years. A man who has healed thousands of people in all his years of practice and determined to influence the lives of more people in the coming years.
Born and Brought Up
Dr Aadil was born on 19th September 1974 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Being in a family atmosphere of medicines, Dr Aadil was sure about choosing the Medical Field as a career. He completed M.B.B.S from Nagpur University in 1996 and B.H.M.S from Maharashtra University Of Health Sciences, Nasik. Being a study lover, he has always been a college topper. After this, he completed D.N.B (Int. Medicine) in 2002, MD Homeopathy (Practice of Medicine) and C.P.I.S. – Certificate Of Professional Competence in Information Systems. His family has always been his support and role model.
He always loved to take part in Debates, Elocution and Quizzing. He also loves swimming as an exercise and a hobby.
His family has a history in Homeopathy Medicine and has been serving the society for more than 100 years. Spreading the family name Chimthanawala is a renowned name in central India making value in Professional practice, Indoor Hospital, Research, Academics, Business, Manufacturing, Propagation etc.
Journey to the successful career
Dr Aadil started his career from a small clinic given by his father to become a successful doctor with his own hard work and capabilities. As a starter, he had to struggle for 7months as he was trying to make a space for himself as a cardiologist in homoeopathy. As people did not believe in the miracle effects of homoeopathy in Cardiology it was difficult to build a name. But as he was part of Medical Academics, his students and colleagues became his supporter and spread awareness about the same.
Soon people started visiting him as a first option and he was able to move ahead in his career.
Till date, he has been posted to various positions. He has been appointed as Head- Dept. of Homoeopathic Medicine & Cardiology– Postgraduate School of Homoeopathy – The National Academy Of Homoeopathy, India. He has been working as CEO of “Aadil Homoeo Heart Care Centres & Shaad Homoeo Heart Care Centre”, Nagpur.
He has been the Sub Editor of The National Journal of Homoeopathy, Mumbai and Regional Editor (Maharashtra) of Advent of Homoeopathy, Delhi
He also worked in ICCU’s at Bisne Heart Hospital & ShatAyu Hospital (1997), Dept of Internal Medicine & ICCU: Indira Gandhi Med Col & Hosp, Nagpur (1998), Dept of Internal Medicine & ICCU: Govt Med Col & Hosp, Nagpur. (1998 – 1999) and Dept of Cardiology: P.G.Institute & Super Specialty Hosp, Nagpur. (1999-2003).
Dr Aadil has published two thesis, 29 Articles in 7 Journals, 24+ ARTICLES In SOUVENIRS and 7 Published books and 4 more are in press.
He has also done 5 research projects, 9 research surveys, and has successfully organised 14 free health checkup camps.
He has been a speaker for more than 200+ programs since the 1990s.
Being an author, researcher, doctor, he has been helping aspiring students by conducting UG & PG classes in Homeopathy & Allied subjects for students since 1996.
He has also been conducting PG Residential Training Seminaries in “The Principles & Practice of Homeopathy” for graduates, teachers & research scholars since 1997.
He has been conducting awareness classes for Laymen since 1998. Till date, he has successfully conducted 48 such sessions.
He has been also conducting Training Programs for International students in their Home Country ie. Australia, Malaysia, Morocco.
He has built his online presence and tried to share his knowledge more with his website, YouTube channel and pages. His books are available online on Amazon for purchase.
He has 5 clinics in Nagpur, 1 in Mumbai & Bangalore under his name.
He has been covered by the press many times. He has spoken at AWAZ Channel with interviewer Priyanka and Cameraman Rajesh on the topic Scope Of Homeopathy in Cardiology.
He has been part of a special debate with Dr Aadil Chimthanawala & Dr.Fatema Chimthanawala: “Abtak Chai pe Charcha”, Rajkot, Gujrat.
He has also adopted a village Manora – with The Rotary Club of Nagpur Southeast and a college- J.D.College of Engineering, Nagpur.
The Milestones Achieved
He has been awarded as “Best Cadet” at National Integration Camp of N.C.C. (Daman): represented 2 Maharashtra Artillery Battalion, Nagpur in 1988. He also got N.C.C – “A” Certificate at 2 Maharashtra Artillery Battalion, Nagpur in 1989 and “Best Cadet” at Combined Annual Training Camp- 2 Maharashtra Air Sqn, NCC, Nagpur in 1990.
He achieved National Scholarship from Deputy Director of Education, Pune (M.S) in 1991 and was top Notcher in General Category in All India Pre Medical Ent.Test Kasturba Health Society, Mahatma Gandhi Institute Of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, Wardha in 1992.
He won lots of Certificate of Merit & Gold Medal- 1ST, 2ND, 3RD, 4TH, BHMS – Nagpur College of Homoeo. & Hospital, Nagpur from 1998-2002.
He was awarded the Best Young Researcher Award by Homoeo Research Society, Lucknow in 2005 and Dr Padiar Memorial Award for Excellence in Research in Homeopathy in 2009.
He also won awards from Hahnemann Award, Integrated Healing Forum, Nagpur and “Homeo Shree” National award, instituted by Govt of Uttar Pradesh and Homoeo Friends Society, Gorakhpur, U.P.
From 2014-2020 he was awarded at various events including STAR OF HOMEOPATHY award at University of West London, the UK with his father. He also won the award for Excellence in homeopathy at DUBAI.
Future Outlook
As per Dr Aadil, there should not be future plans but goals. He says to live in the present and makes the best use of it. Future builds itself on the base of the present.
